Antoinette joined CCD in September 2008 after completing her A levels. Since joining the practice she has been studying part-time at the Guernsey College of Further Education.In 2011 she completed a National Certificate in Construction and the Built Environment, achieving a distinction. Antoinette successfully finished her Higher National Diploma in June 2013 having carried out 5 years overall as an Apprentice. In all 5 years she received distinction in every module, the first time this has been achieved.

In 2011 she won the Apprentice of the Year award and along with Andrew and Oliver formed part of the trio presentation panel which went on to ensure a win for the practice in the 2011 Business of the Year Awards.

Antoinettes role in the practice is broad. She fulfils all the traditional Technologists roles of contract administration and technical drawing and design but she has also carved herself a particular niche as the in-house 3D presentation whiz, working on various 3D modelling programmes and graphic packages. She is also currently completing a dissertation on the introduction of BIM technologies in firms on the island.She also has the further prestigious position of company Social Secretary.
