Laura joined the practice in 2021, bringing with her over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She spent over 10 years working on prominent historic buildings across the UK for a well-respected conservation based practice in the in Bath (itself a UNESCO World Heritage Site), before moving to Guernsey in 2018. Since moving, she has been Associate Director at another local practice and a project architect on a wide range of projects across a range of sectors including domestic extensions and refurbishment, conversions and commercial projects, many of which involved conservation work on historic buildings. Laura has a sensitive approach to design and her key interests include the preservation of buildings and landscapes of character, blending traditional and contemporary architectural design and detailing bespoke interiors.
