St. Briocq
St. Briocq is a historically significant farmhouse in St. Pierre du Bois, fully refurbished by CCD in 2016 to create a modern, comfortable family home while respecting its heritage.

The works included reconstructing the previously-demolished rear tourelle, reforming original window openings, and adding two internal staircases. The granite exterior was carefully lime-pointed, and a small rear extension was added.
Inside, natural light is maximised and a playful yet restrained colour scheme complements the exposed granitework. Vertical tongue-and-groove boarding, lime plaster, flagstones, and structural timber rafters combine to create a warm, practical, and attractive interior that balances character with everyday living.
