We gained planning for a contemporary extension to this sensitive historic farmhouse estate in St Saviours. The significant new extension is connected to the original 15th Century farmhouse by a glass link which reveals the original granite tourelle.

The new extension creates a larger living area at entrance level with views across the valley and a lower floor with additional bedrooms and a games room. This provides access to a lower terrace with a pool and pool house.
The planning consent also includes replacement of a 20th Century milking shed with a new gym and conversion of an out building into staff accommodation, all of which are barely visible from the quiet rural lane at the front of the house.
