Completed in 2014, the house was designed in a neo-classical style by Andrew Dyke RIBA. A central round tower, flanked by curved wings terminating in square towers, creates a bold yet sympathetic addition to the St. Peter Port skyline.
The classical language is expressed through round-arched windows, dormers, a large cornice gutter, and a rusticated stone base. Behind this elegant façade, the house conceals a large internal swimming pool with a morning terrace above. Inside, a cantilevered limestone staircase forms a sculptural and intricately detailed heart to the main living spaces.
A gate house provides a garage and guest accommodation, while a summerhouse floats over a pond, designed to resemble a lily pad. The gardens feature a curved water rill and reed bed, carefully landscaped to complement the house and frame panoramic views across the Channel Islands.
